Metal Transformation

 

Metal transformation comprises the cutting, preparation, and fabrication of sheet metal, tubes, bars, and other metallic components to produce structural frames, supports, ceiling plates, arms, and decorative elements. These operations include welding, fastening, precision fitting, and structural assembly, ensuring the integrity and quality of each product while preparing all components for electrical integration and final decorative finishing.

Electrification & Assembly

This process includes the installation and integration of wiring, lamp holders, connectors, transformers, LED modules, and other electrical components where applicable, followed by the precise assembly of all functional and decorative elements. Each electrical connection and component integration is thoroughly inspected to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and the highest standards of quality.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packed using technical packaging solutions tailored to its specific characteristics, ensuring maximum protection throughout handling, transport, and international export. Every product is securely protected, labelled, palletised, and prepared for shipment to preserve its quality and flawless finish upon arrival. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, complete traceability is maintained for raw materials, components, suppliers, production costs, and all operations carried out, ensuring full transparency, consistency, and compliance with the highest quality standards.
